Short-form for a fitness content creator: the talking-head series "Fitness Fact or Fiction", a tips episode and a cinematic promo for The Kyklos Experience.

One camera, one person, and word-by-word captions with title graphics that keep a talking head watchable.

What I did

I produced, shot, edited, color graded and mixed all three. The talking heads are built for retention: one camera, with word-by-word captions and title graphics doing the work of a second angle. The promo goes the other way: a short staged scene at sunset that ends on a title card.
